Withdrawal/Refund Policy

  1. Entry fees will be refunded, less a $25 administration fee, if notice of withdrawal is made to the Edmonton Golf Association prior to the registration deadline. Late withdrawals due a medical emergency, supported in writing by a doctor, will not be subject to the administration fee. Refunds are made following the event.
     
  2. Prospective competitors who wish to be waitlisted must pay the full tournament fee in advance. If a waitlisted competitor is not assigned a tee-time in the tournament, s/he will be refunded in full within one week of the tournament end date.
     
  3. All refund notifications will be sent from the credit card company to the email address used to register for the event.
     
  4. Should a competitor be forced to withdraw during an event s/he must advise a Tournament Official at the earliest possible opportunity.
